EyeMentor Dr.Rajarathna is achieving success with every passing day. With the aim to provide learning resources in Ophthalmology at an affordable fee, this was startedas a one-stop for all your needs.
Right from her days of MBBS dreaming to win the gold medall in Ophthalmology, she studied extensively in the library, made detailed notes from various sources. Her stellar unparalled performance fetched her that coveted gold medal in 2006.
Having pursued her Masters in Ophthalmology in the prestigious Lady Hardinge Medical College, Delhi, she activelyparticipated in academics and research during her residency.
She pursued her higher training under the best in the field at LVPEI, Hyderabad, University of Michigan, USA. She became skilled in procedures owing to her untiring efforts and her sheer hard work.
She realised along the way that the pressure of scoring marks/ranks has made students disillusioned. They have fallen out of love with Ophthalmology. Being the dynamo that she is, she resolved to spark the fire of learning in students and colleagues.
She taught with the passion that you are here to witness. She still teaches with the same youthful energy that she had when she started.
Having taught students in various platforms, she realised that finances were a hurdle when students from competing platforms wanted to learn from her.
